Online Coaching is a personalised service I offer to suit your individual needs, prior exercise history, injury prevention, goals, etc.
Programs are ongoing for a minimum of 3 months, this will allow adequate time for habits to develop and results to be shown.
Programs are designed and delivered to you monthly straight to your mobile device via the JMF Coaching App.
Towards the end of each month, a review of your progress is undertaken and the design of your next program phase is based on how you went and feel, while modifications will be made so we can continue moving towards your goals.
You can expect constant ongoing support, you will also receive weekly check-ins with me.
You will see in your program calendar that measurements and photos are scheduled monthly for each program phase.
(There is a 4-week cancellation notice of any programming).
